“Looking ahead to 2026, I think we will see a real shift back towards hyaluronic acid fillers being used more carefully and with much greater precision. After years of experience, practitioners are far more aware of how products behave in the face over time, and there is a growing move away from high volume treatments in favour of smaller amounts placed accurately from the outset to achieve better and longer lasting results. Alongside this, regenerative treatments will continue to grow, with more patients choosing skin focused approaches such as microneedling and biostimulatory products that support the body’s own collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production.” Dr Marcus.
