Polynucleotides are injectable treatments that support skin structure, firmness, and texture. They are particularly effective in delicate areas, such as the under-eye region, helping to improve the appearance of fine lines and promoting healthier, more resilient skin.

All polynucleotide treatments at STORY Clinics are performed by Level 7 qualified aesthetic doctors, ensuring safe and precise results. Polynucleotides are derived from salmon DNA and work by stimulating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for collagen and elastin production. This process helps regenerate the skin’s structure, improve elasticity, and enhance overall skin quality.
Polynucleotides can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside other aesthetic procedures, such as dermal fillers, to support and prolong skin rejuvenation.
The procedure involves a series of micro-injections in targeted areas. You may notice small bumps or mild redness, which usually settle within 24 hours. Minor bruising can occasionally occur and typically fades within a few days.
For optimal results, a course of three treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. The first session stimulates collagen and elastin production and improves skin quality, while subsequent sessions reinforce these effects for firmer, healthier-looking skin.
