Founded in 2020 by Dr Emily Mehta, Dr Tristan Mehta, and Dr Marcus Mehta, STORY Clinics are leading aesthetic clinics with locations in London and Southwell, specialising in expert injectable treatments, advanced facial treatments, and personalised skin solutions. Every practitioner performing cosmetic injectables is Level 7 qualified and trained at Harley Academy, the UK’s leading postgraduate aesthetics training academy founded by Dr Tristan Mehta, ensuring the highest standards of care and expertise. Each practitioner is handpicked by our founders for their skill, artistry, and commitment to patient safety.

Our skin experts provide a personalised approach to skin health. For clients who choose it, we offer a detailed skin analysis to help tailor a skincare plan that works for you. We focus on improving your skin both inside and outside the clinic, combining advanced in-clinic treatments like facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin boosters with medical-grade skincare products available for purchase – offering a complete one-stop solution for healthy, radiant skin.

Please note, we do not provide cosmetic treatments to anyone under the age of 21. Dr Marcus Mehta

Lead Aesthetic Doctor | Co-founder

Dr Marcus Mehta is a highly respected cosmetic doctor known for delivering natural, subtle results that help patients look refreshed, confident, and well rested. He is Co-Founder and lead aesthetic doctor at STORY Southwell and Chief Medical Officer at Harley Academy, the UK’s largest and most established training school for aesthetic medicine, where he sets clinical standards and teaches the next generation of aesthetic doctors. Marcus trained in medicine and completed a postgraduate diploma in clinical dermatology, specialising in aesthetic procedures, and has practised at leading clinics in Knightsbridge and Harley Street.

Internationally recognised as a Global Key Opinion Leader, he is frequently invited to speak at major conferences and lead advanced masterclasses across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. His expertise has been featured in Tatler, Vogue, and other major publications, reflecting his standing as a trusted voice in aesthetic medicine.

Dr Emily Mehta

Lead Aesthetic Doctor | Co-founder

Dr Emily Mehta began her medical career in A&E and intensive care before specialising in aesthetic medicine, completing advanced Level 7 training in injectables. She is Co-Founder and lead practitioner at STORY Marylebone and Chief Medical Officer at Harley Academy, the UK’s largest aesthetic medicine training provider for healthcare professionals. With a strong interest in appearance psychology and art, Dr Emily is known for creating subtle, elegant, and proportionate results tailored to each patient. Her approachable, patient-focused style has been featured in Marie Claire, Glamour, and Get the Gloss, and she continues to share her expertise through teaching and speaking engagements.

Dr Tristan Mehta

Lead Aesthetic Doctor | Co-founder

Dr Tristan Mehta is Co-Founder of STORY and founder of Harley Academy, the UK’s largest and most established training school for aesthetic medicine. He is a leading advanced aesthetics practitioner and industry innovator, having pioneered the UK’s first Ofqual-regulated Level 7 qualification in injectables, which raised standards of patient safety and clinical excellence nationwide. At STORY Marylebone, he delivers advanced, natural results while continuing to drive innovation in injectable techniques and education. He is also the creator of GEM© (Global Evidence Matrix) through Harley Academy — a groundbreaking set of principles standardising the administration of cosmetic injectables, ensuring treatments are delivered safely based on skill level and supported by the latest clinical safety data.

Known for his expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and dedication to mentoring, Dr Tristan is a trusted voice in UK aesthetics and a mentor to the next generation of practitioners. Dr Harriet Jenkins

Medical & Clinical Director

Harriet is a highly experienced Medical Director and Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner with a Level 7 qualification in injectable aesthetics and an MBBS in Medicine and Surgery. She also holds a BSc in Psychology and has trained extensively in cosmetic dermatology and advanced injectables.

Her expertise spans advanced dermal fillers and injectables, biostimulatory treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures. She has additional specialist training in cutaneous ultrasound for enhanced diagnostics and treatment planning, as well as advanced facial anatomy.

Known for her calm, supportive approach, Harriet is passionate about delivering safe, natural and balanced results while mentoring the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.

Dr Harpreet Heer

Aesthetic Practitioner

Dr Harpreet Heer is a dedicated aesthetic practitioner with a background in medicine and extensive training in aesthetic procedures. Dr. Harpreet specialises in a range of procedures, including injectable fillers, skin treatments, and more. Completing her medical degree in 2016, obtained MRCP(UK) diploma in 2024, and ventured into aesthetics in 2020 with a Level 7 certification in injectables and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr Max Greenfield

Medical Director

Dr Max Greenfield is a medically trained doctor who graduated from University College London and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons. He holds a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine and serves as Medical Director at STORY.

Dr Greenfield is extensively trained in advanced aesthetic procedures, including upper and lower face injectables, Morpheus8, medium-depth chemical peels, biostimulatory fillers and regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides and Profhilo Structura.

He transitioned from surgery to aesthetic medicine to focus on patient relationships, continuity of care and delivering natural, balanced results. His approach centres on combining subtle amounts of filler with injectable skin treatments and medical-grade skincare to achieve refined, harmonious outcomes.

Alongside his clinical work, he is a trainer at Harley Academy and leads research initiatives at STORY to enhance safety, innovation and clinical excellence.

Lucy Breen has worked in the beauty industry for 16 years and shifted to aesthetics three years ago. She has received extensive professional training in various beauty treatments, laser procedures, and advanced skin care techniques. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional development is evident through her participation in webinars, specialised training, and one-on-one sessions with industry experts.
