All Profhilo® Structura treatments at STORY Clinics are carried out by Level 7 qualified aesthetic doctors, ensuring precise and natural-looking results. The treatment uses heat-stabilised, water-based hyaluronic acid that penetrates deep into the skin to regenerate the subcutaneous fat layer – the layer that provides youthful support and shape to the face.

As we age, this fat layer naturally diminishes, leading to skin laxity and a loss of facial definition. Profhilo® Structura helps to reverse these signs of ageing by stimulating collagen and elastin production, improving elasticity and restoring volume for a firmer, more lifted appearance.

The procedure involves a series of small, carefully placed injections in key areas such as the cheeks and jawline. You may notice small bumps or mild redness immediately after treatment, which typically settle within 24 hours. Some bruising is possible but temporary.

Why a Course of Profhilo® Structura is Recommended

For optimal results, a course of two treatments spaced four weeks apart is advised. The first treatment starts to remodel the skin and restore lost volume, while the second boosts collagen and elastin production, consolidating the improvements. Gradual results mean the skin continues to firm and lift naturally over several weeks, producing long-lasting, balanced facial rejuvenation. Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months help preserve results.
