If you are not happy with our final response, or if we have been unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Cosmetic Redress Scheme:

Please be aware that complaints must be referred to the Cosmetic Redress Scheme within a maximum of 12 months of our final response to you.

Animals in the Clinic
For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not permitted within the clinic premises unless required for assistance purposes (e.g. guide dogs). We kindly request that clients notify us in advance if they require an assistance animal during their appointment.
