No Needle Profhilo®

No Needle Profhilo ® is performed by applying a honey-like hyaluronic acid to the areas being treated. Hyaluronic acid works in various different ways depending on the layer of your skin. It deeply hydrates the visible top layer, giving that “Profhilo glow”. In the deeper layers it supports both your skin’s structure and its natural healing process, rejuvenating your skin right down to the dermis.

A gas-based device called a Plasma Shower painlessly pushes this hyaluronic acid fluid deep into your skin. This ensures the Profhilo solution rains through into the layers it needs to reach to be most effective.

No Needle Profhilo performed in this way allows the treatments to be as effective as the injectable version, without any downtime! As an added anti-ageing bonus, this needle-free process also stimulates collagen production.

No Needle Profhilo is a 2 step treatment, with the second treatment performed approximately 4 weeks after the first. This is essential to encourage longer term results, especially with regards to skin laxity. Once results have been achieved, they can be maintained with a single treatment every 3-4 months, or a repeat course of 2 treatments once every 6 months.

It has no downtime, meaning you can get up and glow as soon as your treatment is over. You’ll see some immediate skin benefits straight after treatment, and your results will continue to improve over the next few days. The results will become apparent after 4 weeks and will continue to improve over 12 weeks.

No Needle Profhilo results last for up to 6 months following the second of your 2 sessions.

Whilst you may see this treatment – especially the injectable form – referred to as “Profhilo Filler”, this is not actually correct. Dermal fillers employ a denser, less watery form of hyaluronic acid to carefully mould and hold your injectable results in place. Profhilo, on the other hand, has a runnier consistency designed to disperse within the skin in a thin layer. This helps to support and remodel the skin from the inside, whilst packing a huge hydration punch, without changing the shape of the area being treated.
